Bosch Technologies ("we") processes your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), only to manage your job applications.

What we collect

Your name, email address, sign-in details, your CV and the profile details you provide, and the status of your applications.

How we use it

• To consider you for the roles you apply for.
• To help recruiters rank applications. We use automated tools, including AI models, to extract information from your CV and to suggest how well it matches a role. These are suggestions only: a person reviews every application and makes every decision. Your name and contact details are not given to the AI when it scores a match.
• To send you skills assessments (HackerRank) when a recruiter selects you.

Who we share it with

Service providers that process data on our behalf: WorkOS (sign-in and account security), Anthropic (CV reading and match suggestions), Voyage AI (text similarity), HackerRank (assessments) and our email provider. Some of them process data outside South Africa under contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We delete inactive candidate accounts with no open applications after 12 months.

Your rights

You can download or delete your data from your dashboard at any time, object to processing, or complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
